Because our products are made, sourced, or produced in small quantities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hellodrawnbyjake@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and availability.

We are not responsible for normal variations in handmade, printed, dyed, vintage, limited-run, or artist-produced goods. Slight variations in color, texture, placement, finish, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
