Because many items are small-batch, limited-run, artist-made, or produced in coordination with outside vendors, processing times may vary by product. Estimated shipping or fulfillment timelines will be listed on the product page when applicable.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with the carrier and your household/building first. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery.
